Dear Beautiful ButterflyMoms,
Last week I shattered my cell phone’s screen so that every time I call some one now I get very small papercuts on my fingers and ears. 😉 Two hundred dollars to get it fixed is the best option but there are complications ( I will not bore you with here but suffice it to say that they cannot download the information on my cell phone -except for contacts- unless I personally do it on my computer.
Well, this week, my 15 year old son Christopher spilled
water next to my laptop which killed the motherboard. It will not even turn on……(deep breaths – maybe more for me than for you 😉 ).
I find myself WANTING to find BLAME. I saw the whole thing and there was none, really in this situation. It was an accident. I OBSERVED in my life how quickly I switch to blame. HE DID THIS. SHE DID THAT. THOSE ASSHOLES!!! (didn’t think you’d be seeing that word here 
today did ya now? SURPRISE!!! 😉 )
Since today is Earth Day let’s talk about ENERGY…YOURS! 😉 Do you know what happens when you BLAME? You are literaly setting up an energy mortgage that you pay out to them EVERY time you think about that person or situation. For example, if you don’t like your boss or work, EVERY time you think about it, you PAY THEM from YOUR VERY OWN ENERGY BANK. Most of us think we are JUST thinking but HOW DO YOU FEEL when you do this? Do you feel full of energy or drained? Feelings are INCREDIBLE FEEDBACK mechanisms that many people ignor
e. It would be the same thing as if when you drove you decided to ignore EVERY SIGN you came across. What would happen? What if EVERYONE did that? That is basically what is happening all over this planet. We are colliding into each other because we are not paying any attention to the signs. I can help you see them! YES I CAN!!! :)!!!
Most of us pay these ENERGY MORTGAGES to many, many, many, many people and events. AWARENESS is the KEY here! JUDGING is what most people do but that will only get you “STUCKER-ER”!!! OBSERVE INSTEAD. NOTICE how ICKY it FEELS to GIVE AWAY YOUR PRECIOUS ENERGY to things that do not matter to you. If you had a garden it would be like you give all your water and fertilizer to the weeds and let the flowers and veggies die. Seems SILLY but how many times in one hour do you do it…..GOODNESS no wonder we are all tired!!!!
We are at a CRITICAL time on EARTH! It is an AWESOME time to be alive (even though for most of us it does not feel like that often – but that is because you are giving your energy to the weeds, dammit!!! ;)!!! To call your energy back is soooooooo easy you might miss it so pay extra close attention… Simply image that every time you have a negative, blame, hate, worry THOUGHT about someone IMAGINE an invisible cord forms between you and her and that is how your energy leaves. Simply imagine cutting that cord, releasing that person with as much love as you can muster and feeling the energy come back to you. Sometimes you need to do it several (million) times but if you do this every time you notice instead of INVESTING in “judging” or “blaming” you will start seeing a noticeable difference in your life.
What difference? To get WAY COOL experiences on this planet you need to have a certain amount of energy. For example, scoring that killer parking spot only mostly happens when you have enough energy to PAY for that experience. I have found that since I’ve started doing this work I get cooler and cooler experiences. Life is not perfect but it is imperfectly perfect for me! 🙂

Your so right about pulling your energy back. As you know I have several people in my life that I needed to release my cord from. Believing I had done that by accepting what is and in my head moving on, I later found out that I had acually corded them more because I was still being charged in my thoughts of pain and hurt. I was told that I needed to bring them back into my heart, pain and all and then lovingly release my cords. It was very painful to open my heart and feel my love for them knowing I couldn’t communicate this with them. I sobbed until I couldn’t cry anymore and as I was truly feeling them in my heart I expressed to myself how much I love them and miss them, that I wish them all that life has to offer and then I released my energetic cord from them. I began to understand that it’s necessary to open your heart and feel the love and even the loss before you can release the energetic cords we’ve attached to people.

lol. i instantly identified with the “wanting to find blame” part!! Although i wouldn’t have thought i WANTED too, but i know i instantly do that whenever something bad happens, goes wrong, whatever, so i guess i must want to do it on some level! i know what i don’t WANT to do is to be the one that is BLAMED!! but how hard is it really to just say maybe it was an accident? it goes back a long, long ways!
But on the flip side, i was able to not react in anger (but maybe it was just because i was in a state of shock!) when my car (which i hadn’t even had for 3 weeks) window got smashed and the only really nice purse i’d ever owned (it was a gift) was stolen. i just accepted it, and started calling my debit cards to cancel them, and after i’d done that, i realized i had my wallet in my pocket! so i had taken it out and not left it with the purse, THANK GOD!!! so my lack of anger was fairly instantly rewarded by the great good fortune of not having my wallet stolen as well. And it will only cost $150 to fiks the window, which is less than half what i’d thought it would be. I’m still going to have to work ekstra shifts just to pay for the repairs, and i’ll never have the beautiful purse with my precious pictures back, but it could have been so much worse! and i was in the moment, and still am now, TRULY grateful that it wasn’t any thing worse. It was one of those rare instances when i didn’t actually reach around instantly to find someone to blame! (even though i may have said the word you said above, “Assholes” in my mind! lol!!!)

1. You’re my favorite person in my life, but I’m effort of whole heart that my writing about are appalled. I want to just hug from the heart, how much patience and love for me give.
You know well that writing is not just my talent in the world. I give a lot of effort, but I can not reach this level of writing, as someone who has a talent spoken aloud. Simple words should be creative with everything from the deep soul and the heart to write. This is a talent that not every person can have and to represent his inner being with a wonderful full words. There are many beautiful and different topics in your thoughts and who you want to share me with you.
I can understand your concerns very well and my problem is to find the right words and the respective subjects to express themselves properly. All of these texts that I have taken as support, because I liked the thought of the text, and gives me great help, and they better find in the written thoughts and cope with my inner view. This is for me a valuable support to help me develop ideas in your written world with much effort on. and brings each read into this and tell me your text to further progress. I try with your loving help to improve myself.
I am an artist and I can go in seconds into a variety of artistic composition go the inside. And implement a high visual accuracy. They are also higher thought paths that can not be represented with words, this is all based on a visual fascination associated with short notes. I go with my full concentration to my Higher Self and then played out a visual depiction that I draw my sketches on paper. Then there is a three-dimensional and visual presentation procedure. As you have taken already by my works, which you already know. So, functional adorns my artistic vision, if I start my daily work.
PS: I would add one more point. The deeper I get into the art work, the more spiritual it becomes. Although strongly differentiates the art of the Esoszene and I personally understand as an artist first and foremost, I am clear that artistic work in itself a spiritual activity.
2.Hilde: My energy that lives in me, and grows her from childhood. These energies are of inestimable value, which are part of us. And you have to constantly be careful that they are not weakened by disturbing influences of the outside world. Allso what that means to protect themselves against daily in order to maintain their own internal energy reserves obtained.
A great thing, but the is not always easy in our environment. I imagine this energy in us is like a soft receptacle to be constantly refilled with care in order not to fall. We are daily dependent on our environment, all with an eye for detail in the vitamin-rich food to produce the soul and the body. And is an important life lesson for all of us. Those who neglected this will likely be weakened very quickly. and maybe we could actually physically and mentally consult any disease symptoms. Allso I will always try in my own energy field to stay, to get out of my innermost.
I am happy that you are my loving, supporting and force me to always help and advice from the heart. It works with your true inner and deepest love for me.
3. The emotions are incredible mechanisms of our emotional world. I would them to compare that human emotions are the software without the hardware does not work, are also relevant designated as arousing our behavior leads.
The many people consciously or unconsciously try to hide those emotions to their own inner someone out, do not carry to the outside. To avoid being recognized as one really is.
But on the other side of life, a certain amount of risk awareness has prompted us because that means that in most cases the goal of success.
PS: A very good idea of yours. This image, to imagine an invisible line between me and You produce. That’s the biggest connection. These are our inner energies to flow with the emotions back and forth. Through this Engerie state of the invisible line is yes automatically with attention given to the release of the other person.
The feeling of the energy comes back to me but you have to do it every day. I can see that it makes a noticeable difference in my life. I’m an imperfect person who is constantly a learning process subjected to. Why not. you learn in this life.
